1. a kick in the pants  Phrase

something that makes you improve your behavior

Ex: He needs a good kick in the pants.

2. innovation  Noun

 a new idea, method, or invention

Ex: Innovation and hard work are the cornerstones of the company.

3. gadget Noun

a small device or machine with a particular purpose

Ex: This handy gadget separates egg yolks from whites.

4. tout Verb

to praise something or someone in order to persuade people that they are important or worth a lot

Ex: He is being widely touted as the next leader of the party.

5. embedded Adj.

fixed into the surface of something

Ex: The thorn was embeddeb in her thumb.

6. drum up something Phrase

to encourage the development of something
Ex: I'm making calls to drum up some business.

It can let us choose which we are interested in. And MOOCs have a lot of different courses. We don't have to worried about misunderstanding what the teacher saying. It have CC (closed caption) and transcript.  If you think the talking speed is too fast, you can change the speed.
